AirSouth did a great job removing our old ac unit and installing a new one. I really appreciated how every time the guys entered my house, they wore shoe covers to keep dirt off my floors and carpet. They also laid plastic over my carpets to protect them as they were bringing in the new equipment. The technicians were very polite and did a great job cleaning up after themselves before they left. They did a great job and my ac is working great! I highly recommend AirSouth!

AirSouth Cooling and Heating was recommended to me about two years ago when my wife and I relocated to Mississippi. Mr Sinclair and his team of technicians offer 5-Star Service when it comes to Heating and Air Conditioning Systems. I would recommend them to service your Heating and Air Conditioning Systems too.

AirSouth have extended themselves showing us they care and will make it right. On my most recent service call the AC/HEAT pump was not working. After a diagnosing, the condenser had a Freon leak. Replacement parts were available and the unit was restored and cooling once again.

The previous homeowner had added a den on the back of the house and but did not take into consideration the additional demand it placed on the Heating and Air Conditioning System. While servicing our system, we pointed out the lack of cool air in the den. After measuring and checking the air temperature, as well as checking the size of the existing unit it seemed we fell short about one ton on unit size. The recommendation was to put in a Ductless Mini-Split AC/Heat pump by Mitsubishi, which was installed the following week. Our den now has new value, and is so comfortable.

My satisfaction level is 5-Star all the way - all the time. You won’t be less satisfied.

If I was rating their installation on a basis 1-10, theirs would be 11. They are very efficient and cordial, work quality is very good, and they are gentlemen. I would recommend them to be used on all the installation jobs you undertake. The system works great, they kept their word, and were very prompt!
